Getting the best out of a team is a critical part of any leader’s role. The need to develop a culture of rigour through a combination of challenge and support is central in determining whether leaders are effective.
This course explores how this can be achieved and at the same time offers leaders ideas on how to provide a highly positive and dynamic culture within the team.
