All too often attending meetings can be a negative experience for people and one where participants often feel is a waste of their precious time and energy. On the other hand meetings can be positive, productive and energising.
One of the biggest mistakes leaders make is not preparing well enough for the meeting as well as providing poor leadership during the meeting .
This programme looks at the mechanics of successful meetings and provides a process that helps meetings to be successful. It is appropriate for anyone who has to lead meetings.
