Research and Development
Action Research is a process in which teachers and school leaders work together to share and develop educational practice systematically and carefully, using research techniques and strategies. The process provides the opportunity to work with others and to learn from the sharing of findings.
Our aim is to promote innovative approaches to teaching and learning within a collaborative setting. This approach, we believe, will improve the evidence base for what actually works in our schools. By working collaboratively we aim to strengthen the links between schools and phases of education for the benefit of all our pupils.
We are open to new approaches to pedagogy and actively promote opportunities for teachers and school leaders to discuss new ways of working which make the best impact in our own settings.
